This console starts after bytes have become text. Turning a PDF or scanned page into text (parsing / OCR) is a separate adapter boundary — see TextExtractor in packages/core/src/intake.ts — and is plugged in per session with real files and native libraries. Everything from here on (gazetteer extraction, entity resolution, receipted ingest) is already wired to the shared store.
